Common questions answered
Alarms & CCTV Explained
Is there an ongoing monthly fee for the alarm tracking app?
No. We design and install self-contained, high-performance security hardware systems utilizing advanced free-access secure mobile applications. You maintain continuous live tracking and alarm notifications with zero ongoing monthly fees.
What happens to my smart alarm if my broadband drops?
The system remains fully operational. The physical backup sirens function dynamically locally if a trigger occurs, and we provide option variants with dual-sim backup capabilities to keep mobile notifications working during internet failure.
Are the wireless security sensors secure from signal jamming?
Yes. Our professional Grade-2 wireless alarms employ dual-frequency, encrypted spread-spectrum communication channels that automatically detect interference or attempts at jamming and trigger a localized tamper alarm.
How long do the batteries last in wireless alarm sensors?
Under typical residential or light commercial use, high-efficiency sensor batteries operate reliably for up to 3 to 5 years. Your system app will notify you weeks in advance when a sensor battery begins running low.
